- Access to the Workshop is provided through the unique link sent to the email address provided during registration. Do not share this link with others.
2. Payment (If Applicable)
- If the Workshop has a registration fee, payment must be received before your registration is confirmed.
- Fees are non-refundable unless the Workshop is canceled by the organizer.
3. Event Changes or Cancellations
- The Organizer reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel the Workshop due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, registrants will be notified via email.
- If the Workshop is canceled, a full refund (if applicable) will be issued.
4. Use of Content
- The content provided in the Workshop, including presentations, materials, and recordings, is the property of Karthik Ramani. All rights are reserved.
- You may not record, reproduce, or distribute the Workshop content without prior written consent from the Organizer.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
- By registering for the Workshop, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes using your information to send event-related updates and marketing materials.
- Your personal information will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary to host the Workshop (e.g., through event platforms).
6. Conduct
- Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner during the Workshop.
- The Organizer reserves the right to remove any participant who engages in inappropriate conduct, including but not limited to harassment, offensive behavior, or disruptions.
7. Limitation of Liability
- The Organizer is not responsible for technical issues, including but not limited to internet connectivity problems, that may prevent you from attending or fully participating in the Workshop.
- The Organizer will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your participation in the Workshop.
8. Recording and Media Consent
- By registering for and attending the Workshop, you consent to being recorded and to the use of your image, voice, or likeness in promotional materials related to the Webinar.
- Recordings of the Workshop may be shared with participants or made available for purchase, unless otherwise stated.
9. Force Majeure
- The Organizer will not be held liable for failure to conduct the Workshop due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.

- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of India.
